Requirements
Licensed marriage and family therapist or certified relationship coach. Gottman Method training preferred. Experience facilitating couples workshops and retreats. Professional liability insurance required.
Your Role Includes
Lead communication skills workshops using evidence-based techniques. Facilitate couples exercises and check-ins. Provide relationship assessment tools and resources. Offer brief individual couple consultations.
Compensation & Perks
Weekend fee of $1,800 USD. Luxury wine country accommodation for 2 nights. Gourmet meals paired with local wines. Private couple consultation session included for personal use.
